    Big thanks to GitHub's Cristian Weber for a couple of great talks in Victoria, BC. Starting with the BC DevOps Commons Meetup talking about Continuous Integration spawned some interesting conversation about team composition, trust and automation. Some crossover into the following day's workshop with transparency and team dynamics as we explored building effective development communities and some potential challenges (and techniques to mitigate them) in fostering a collaborative culture in a regulated environment
